We take prayer requests seriously. Before submitting your request, please consider:
1. Have you asked people in your life to pray for this request? Has there been a change in the circumstance as a result? If yes, you do not need us. There are no “special intercessors”, only people who have spent more time in prayer before the Lord than others – something you can do yourself. Take ownership of your situation, continue to pray and obey the Lord and His Word.
2. Are you asking for guidance on something that already has a clear answer in Scripture? We understand there are times when the Bible does not exactly fit our situation. But, for example, the Lord will not lead you to cheat on your spouse. Please seek out wisdom from Scripture and trusted people in Christian community, and be willing to hear what the Lord is saying.
3. Is there a request here, or a complaint? Please be specific in what you are asking us to pray for. We always ask that the Lord’s will is done in your circumstance and give Him all the glory for being the righteous Judge of your situation.
While God is fully capable of transforming individual people with no human assistance, we see miracles happen most often in communities that gather to pray in faith – that’s the point of LUNA! We encourage you to find or create a community in-person (or consistently virtual) where your prayer request can be given the in-depth intercession it deserves. We are not able to reply to all of the requests we receive, but we love you and are praying for you!
